Trigger Warning Breaking The Stigma; An insight into a Mental Health Crisis
We've all heard the cliché, new year, new me. How many people can say they've followed through with their ambitious resolutions?
I didn't realise I could be so bored taking part in a three day sleep study. Turns out, extreme boredom makes you want to take a long nap. Shame I'm not allowed to nod off.
I was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia after waiting in undiagnosed purgatory for years.
I found it hard to write about how I feel each day, living with Fibromyalgia. So I chose to free write poetry, trying not to edit to much.
I hope reading this makes you feel as uncomfortable as I feel sometimes 🙂
